H.Samuel has an excellent website for online purchases. I particularly liked the virtual “try it on” feature. Very novel!

This would be full but....your website is so slow, doesn't react to what you press and just kicks you off what you were looking at when going back after viewing an item. Other then that well happy with my purchase

Amended review, I initially gave a 5 star review but this quickly turned from a great customer experience to the worst possible. I bought 2 items online to collect instore using intrest free credit option with PayPal, order went through very quickly and easily, TOO EASILY, BEWARE. I then found out that one of the items was not arriving for 4 months even though it was in stock!!!. So I rang customer service who were very helpful, cancelled that item and arranged stock to come from another store which I would then have to pay for on collection, OK I thought. Then I found out that PayPal had taken the full amount for both items from my linked account immediately (I thought I had signed up for interest free credit). I rang PayPal who said it was H Samuels fault, I again rang H Samuels customer service who said it was PayPals fault, By this time having had enough I asked to cancel the order and obtain a refund. I was then told as the other item had been dispatched I had to go into the collection store when the item arrived, cancel the order there and request a refund !!!!! I have declined to make this unneccessary journey and Customer servive are trying to organise a full refund without me having to attend the store (yet to be resolved) - Be Aware re the credit option, the link from H Samuel to PayPal does not tell you that YOU have to search PayPal's website for the finance option, it presents on the PayPal log in page, once logged in you have to scroll down the page to find the payment options, I was not aware of this and selected one of my pre registered payment options thinking it would link to this account for the monthly payments, IT DOES NOT, it just took the full amount straight out of my bank !!!!!

Website was very easy to use and straight forward. Knew what I wanted to order and had it purchased within 5 minutes or less. Got at a great price in the sale too.

Popped into H Samuel. Argyle St, Glasgow yesterday. Bought an Angel Whisperer pendant as a gift last month and ordered two additional spheres to insert. When arrived i was not sure they were the right size. Unfortnately the shop did not have the exact pendant in store and information on sizing on website product info unavailable. Toni was exceptionally helpful and another lady whose name I did not get (apologies). I had a lunch appointment and was unable to wait. They found out where original pendant was available and phoned them to ask them to check sizes and called me back with the information I needed. Excellent customer service so thanks to them both.
